Rooms were good sized and provided with the balcony, a fireplace plus all the essentials. The breakfast was complimentary and wonderful and complete with waffles, boiled eggs and also espresso.

Even though everything was perfect, some of the staff were absolutely rude.

There where updated, fashionable rooms with a nice balcony, a great view and hot tub. Location: the hotel was so close to the alley, and the Vail Village.

We had an absolute blast at this hidden gem! The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Vail, with shops and activities nearby. Our large family, along with our dogs, enjoyed the cozy game table, the pool area was a hit, and the views were just fine.

My kids wished there were more play areas for them, maybe a dedicated kids' zone would make it even more family-friendly.

Amazing hotel with its heated swimming pool, fitness centre, and free Wi-Fi. The staff once helped me find my lost ID card, which I will always remember. Warm and cute, I can't wait to return!

The location is perfect for exploring everything nearby. The view from our queen room with two queen beds overlooking the creek was fine. The staff was super friendly, especially jennifer at the front desk. The comfy chairs in the room were a nice touch for relaxation.

Shared balconies feel intrusive with neighbors peeping in. The noise from late night guests was unbearable, and there weren't enough parking spots available!!!

The fantastic location provided easy access to the village and beautiful views of the mountains. Enjoyed the comfortable room with a Tempurpedic bed, and the continental breakfast was good with a variety of fresh options. The shared balcony felt invasive, especially with unknown neighbors nearby. The neon glow from the outlet.

We loved the location right on the main village street and were just a few steps away from the fine Betty Ford Alpine Gardens, perfect for a scenic walk through nature. Our room provided a fantastic view of the creek.
